Wonderful stay and great staff

the staff was very helpful i got a king size bed though i booked a double this was a lovely unexpected upgrade i found the stay provided really good value. the owners and all staff are very kind this.

i noticed a slight issue that the shower was only just warm every time a tap or toilet was flushed throughout the night there was this vibrating noise.

The location proved convenient for accessing the city center and various restaurants. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I appreciated the parking space.

I noticed there was no food available, and no wake up call service, a bit disappointing. The place essentially shuts down at 22:00 hours which limits some flexibility. I found this inconvenient.

Great Hotel, Excellent Value!

The refurbished condition of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful to me. The hotel had free parking next to the building. This was a great bonus. The location was also convenient. I walked to Castle Park in just five minutes.

The sink tap water was ultra hot though the shower was just warm, unfortunately.

the staff proved helpful when i needed directions around the local area. the room featured tea and coffee facilities (i always appreciate a good cuppa!). the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

the room i stayed in felt a bit cold. the hotel lacked a bar, and i missed having a nightcap. i also found that no food was available on site.
